  1. You can’t use the same high framerate for such low bitrate. Instead of striking hands all we can see is the storm of pixels. Lazy encoding again. 59.952 fps –> 29.976 fps is a must. You used to do this. What happened to smartly encoding releaser?

  3. Well, Stan, that’s my point. 59.952 fps is for 1280×720 at 3.6 Mbps. Not for 720×400 at 533 kbps. You can’t use the same framerate as SOURCE at such low bitrate. If you can’t encode well, you have to stick with wrong settings, mediocre results and ignorant audience. I think Nitro knew that, but lately it looks like a work of someone else.
